EarthHour 2011 at SM Davao

At 8:30 PM, to mark the ceremonial switch off, 400 Davao bikers were sent off for the night flight, covering the main thoroughfares of the city in to encourage the public to observe the Earth Hour.

During the program, ‘Tanim’- a 60-second cinema ad project of ECOGOV, USAID, DENR, SMART Communications, SM Supermalls and SM Cinema, was launched. The cinema ad will be shown in SM cinemas nationwide until August. This also marks the celebration of the International Year of Forestry.
